1. Nokia TA-1213 named Nokia 1.3 with Snapdragon 215 processor gets certified
Nokia 2.3 which is the company’s latest budget Android One smartphone and the successor of Nokia 2.2 in India. Now, a new Nokia smartphone with model number TA-1213 has passed Bluetooth certification.
Nokia TA-1213 could be named Nokia 1.3 and unlike its predecessor, Nokia 1 Plus which featured a MediaTek chipset but Nokia 1.3 model will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, according to the certification. More specifically, it will be a Snapdragon 2xx series chipset, so we can expect it to be the Snapdragon 215 processor. Apart from this, the smartphone will have support for Bluetooth 4.2.
2. In 2020, Honor will launch Laptop in Indian Market
Now, The Smartphones Company working hard to compete in the Indian Market. All Vendors are launching new feature gadget to make its place or position. HONOR, a sub-brand of the Chinese smartphone giant HUAWEI is reportedly planning to enter the Indian PC market. The laptops will be powered by either Intel or AMD chips along with either Vega 10 or Nvidia’s MX150 graphics cards.
The HONOR MagicBook is currently sold in China as a Macbook-type Windows laptop alternative. It can be described as a more budget alternative to the sleeker HUAWEI MateBook series. The exact launch dates are not announced, but we can expect it to arrive early next year. HONOR is continuing to invest heavily in India, specifically the online market as it plans to launch multiple 5G phones and also enter the consumer TV market space with its HONOR Vision series. The HONOR brand is known for its high-speed budget smartphones and that will reflect in its 2020 5G capable smartphones.
3. Realme X50 5G to be announced on January 7
realme confirmed that it will introduce the realme X50 5G will be introduced at an event in China on January 7th. This will be the company’s first 5G smartphone. It already confirmed that it will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 765G with built-in 5G modem. The phone will comes with a dual punch-hole display.
The best in Smartphone is support for 5G, the phone will feature 8mm 410mm³ diameter large liquid-cooled copper tube for heat dissipation 3.0 offering five-dimensional heat dissipation that covers all the heat sources 100%. 4. Vivo Y11 with 6.35-inch display, dual rear cameras, 5000mAh battery launched in India @ Rs. 8990
Vivo has launched Y11, the company’s latest smartphone in India. This has an identical design language to Vivo Y12 that was launched earlier. It comes with 6.35-inch HD+ Halo FullView LCD screen with a resolution of 720 × 1544 pixels, is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor paired with 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage which can be expanded with a microSD card.
It has a glass-like dual-tone design with a rear-mounted physical fingerprint scanner. The Y11 (2019) runs on Android 9 (Pie) on top of Funtouch OS 9.1. It has a 13MP camera along with a 2MP secondary camera and the front camera is an 8MP sensor. The cameras come with AI capabilities and support various photo modes like Professional, PDAF, Palm Shoot, Voice Capture, Time Lapse, Slow Motion, Animation, HDR, Panorama, Portrait, Watermark, AI Face Beauty, and Camera Filter. It features a micro USB port and packs a 5000mAh battery.
5. LG V60 ThinQ Dual Display 5G phone may be launched Soon
LG Electronics in Smartphone category slow down since Chinese came in India. Recent updates from LG, it will launch next flagship phone with 5G and dual displays, likely to be named the V60 ThinQ. LG is planning to announce the phone at MWC 2020 in February.
LG recently released the dual-display form factor with the G8x ThinQ. It had a lacklustre launch as its only differentiating point was the dual-screen and that was not enough to entice customers. However, it looks like LG is continuing this form factor, brings the dual screens to the LG V series with the V60 ThinQ.
The phone is said to be launched at MWC 2020 is said to feature a few improvements to the folding design. The secondary display will be held with an updated folding structure, having a “free stop hinge” that can hold the second display at any angle.
6. Realme fitness band coming in H1 2020, flash tool in Q1 2020, VOOC power bank in the works
Madhav Seth has confirmed that the realme fitness band will arrive in the first half of 2020. He also said that the company has plans to launch VOOC power bank after OPPO launched in recently. It also plans to launch IoT devices next year. The CEO said that his goal is to build realme as a tech lifestyle brand.
When asked about the older phones like Realme 1, 2, U1 and C1 not getting Android 10 update he said that the company offers at least one major Android update and 24 months of consistent updates for its phones and will add new features in the minor ColorOS updates. He also said that realme offers a timeline for Android updates.
7. Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 4G with 1.4-inch Super AMOLED display, e-SIM support launched in India for Rs. 35990
Samsung launched the Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch 4G recently in India, but the former did not feature 4G LTE connectivity. Now, Samsung India has launched a 4G variant of the smartwatch — Galaxy Watch Active2 4G and is now expanding its 4G smartwatch portfolio in India.
Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 features a stainless-steel case, flaunts a 1.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 360 x 360 pixels. It is powered by a Dual-Core processor clocked at 1.15GHz paired with 1.5GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage.
It has 4G LTE connectivity through e-SIM. This means that users can make and take calls directly from the watch itself without having to keep their phones around. The e-SIM support on this smartwatch is provided by Airtel and Jio.
